Q: What is the dress code for the event?

A: The theme is Global Glamour, so wear whatever feels glamorous to you! Whether it’s a classic evening gown, a sharp tuxedo, or cultural attire that reflects elegance from around the world, we encourage you to embrace your own interpretation of glamour. From sequins to saris, silk to traditional embroidered designs, all styles are welcome and celebrated!

Q: How can I buy a ticket?

A: You can purchase tickets online through our Buy Tickets page. Simply select the ticket type you’d like, complete the registration, and submit payment. If you need assistance, please contact creekside.edfundfundraising@srvef.org .

Q: Can I buy a table instead of individual tickets?

A: Yes! You can purchase a full table for a group by selecting the VIP Table Ticket or Table Ticket option. This guarantees reserved seating for your party.

Q. What is included in a VIP Ticket? 

A: All VIP Tickets include a special photo taken upon arrival, along with a framed keepsake of the memorable night! One bottle of red wine and one bottle of white wine per table of 10. Big-screen memories and a sweet surprise! There is also FREE childcare provided by Kids Country for the first 50 guests from 5:30pm- 11:00pm (must have proof of VIP ticket purchase). Sign up here!

Q: How does the Teacher/Staff Ticket Donation work?

A: The donation starts at $20 per ticket, and you can contribute more by increasing the ticket quantity. If a teacher's sponsorship goal is reached, any additional donations will be redirected to another deserving teacher or staff member.

Q. Is childcare provided for the event? 

A: Kids Country is available for the first 50 guests for the evening of the event from 5:30pm-11:00pm. The cost is FREE for VIP ticket holders. $35 for all other regular ticket holders. Sign up here!

Q: Where is the event being held?

A: The event will take place at Blackhawk Country Club, located at 599 Blackhawk Club Dr. Danville, CA 94506. Enter through the “Main Gate Entrance”

Q: Will there be food and drinks?

A: Yes! Your ticket includes a glass of “Welcome Champagne,” delicious charcuterie board during cocktail hour and a plated gourmet meal. Drink tickets are available for purchase through our Buy Tickets page during original purchase or via credit card night of the event. 

Q: Can I donate if I can’t attend?

A: Absolutely! You can make a donation directly on our Buy Tickets page under the "I can’t attend but want to donate!" section or by contacting our team creekside.edfundfundraising@srvef.org Every contribution helps support our mission!

Q: How do I participate in the auction?

A: Our silent auction will be available online during the event. You will receive instructions on how to bid once you register. Live auction details will be announced at the event.

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: Doors open at 6:00pm, with cocktails and mingling before the main event begins (dinner, dancing and our live auction). We recommend arriving early if you have purchased a VIP ticket so you can check in and get your photo taken!
